Provide input on future coordinated contracting arrangements (also known as single seller arrangements) by 16 June 2026
In early 2026, the Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) released the Strategic review of the whole of Australian Government single seller arrangements.
The review found contracting frameworks help government to leverage its collective buying power to provide value for money outcomes. It also provided recommendations to strengthen the effectiveness of the arrangements.
Following the review, the DTA announced a suitability assessment framework with transparent criteria to consider seller eligibility would be developed.
This discussion paper seeks to consider principles to establish seller eligibility for consideration of future coordinated contracting arrangements (CCAs), also known as single seller arrangements (SSAs).
What we need from you
The DTA is now seeking public input to inform the development of the framework and ensure it is fit for purpose. We encourage you to read the discussion paper before you submit your response.
For any questions or concerns, please email us at ICTprocurement@dta.gov.au. This email is for general enquiries only. Submissions should be made through Have Your Say on digital.gov.au.
