DTA’s Digital Governance Program for SROs
The Digital Governance Program (DGP) is a two-day immersive program for senior leaders appointed as SROs for the Government’s major digital projects.
It blends expert-led sessions, interactive board simulations, and peer learning to ensure SROs are well placed to face the challenges these projects present with confidence.
DGP Alumni also gain exclusive access to the SRO Network, including the SRO Toolkit and ongoing networking and knowledge sharing opportunities.

Digital Seller Underperformance Policy
The Digital Transformation Agency (DTA) has developed and administers this Digital Seller Underperformance Policy (DSUP) as part of its Australian Government digital sourcing oversight role. The DSUP enables information-sharing within government about Serious Underperformance by digital Sellers on major government Strategic Digital Contracts, so Buyers can make better-informed procurement decisions.

Benefits Management Policy for Digital and ICT-Enabled Investments
The Benefits Management Policy (BMP) standardises and defines how benefits must be managed for digital and ICT-enabled investments. The policy includes the requirements for investment oversight and best-practice guidance on benefits management. It provides a structured approach that provides program sponsors and Government with confidence that projects in the digital and ICT portfolio will achieve their intended objectives.

Australian Government Architecture (AGA) Project Closure Reporting Standard
Project closure reports provide visibility of how digital and ICT-enabled projects have performed in realising the benefits agreed and funded by government. The key lessons and insights in this report highlight the value of project closure reports for capturing challenges and successes of a completed project to inform future ones. To support more consistent analysis across whole-of-government and strengthen future learning, the DTA recommends agencies align their closure reports to the Project Closure Reporting Standard, which is available on the Australian Government Architecture website.
